As children, most of us are givin vitamins. I myself, took the chewable Flintstones vitamins while I grew up. Now, the Flintstones and a glass of Orange Juice, even had an apple but doing this everyday are not going to make a 45 lb. 6 yr old the next Arnold Schwartenegger. Not sure I would want to be as muscular as Arnold though! LOL A healthy lifestyle is very important. Exercise, very good especially when dealing with any type of loss, like your gf who ran off with your best friend or you finally coming to your senses and dumping your tobacco down the toilet drain. But this isn't enough and never will be enough. Start your day with a nice healthy breakfast and vitamins. Throughout the day have a series of little snacks and then get around 30-45 minutes of exercise. It works for these two in the video below, why not you?
